Chris comes to Jack’s Ranch with more than 25 years of experience opening and managing restaurant concepts, from food trucks to upscale casual venues. While he has learned from many well-known chefs including Bobby Flay, Bryan Voltaggio and John Folse, he is also a veteran of the Army, where he served (and fed the troops) in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Fort Bragg, NC, and fort Richardson, AK.  A graduate of Baltimore International Culinary School, Chris’ love of creating and running incredible restaurants is matched only by his passion for multi-tasking — you know, if that’s a thing.
